Three countries. One paperwork process.

Payments, visas & booking terms.
01

₹23,000 non-refundable visa and processing reserve. This rounded amount is included in the ₹3,00,000 price and covers the three country applications, insurance/provider charges where applicable, plus ₹3,000 handling. The itemised country-by-country fee basis and booking terms are shared before payment; visa costs vary by route and applicant.

02

All three visas use tourist routes. Published reference fees: Qatar QAR 100 for the relevant visit/arrival route; UAE AED 200 for a 30-day single-entry tourist visa plus 5% VAT; Saudi SAR 300 visa fee plus mandatory medical insurance. Eligibility and provider charges vary by applicant. See visa details and official links. Final approval always rests with each immigration authority.

03

Access is secured for all four named events. Organiser calendars can change. If an organiser changes dates or cancels, the group receives a replacement business visit or a revised written remedy before departure.

04

If the trip itself doesn't run, only the actual visa/application charges already paid to authorities or providers and the disclosed ₹3,000 handling fee are retained; the balance is refunded in full, as set out in the booking agreement.

Application & visa documents.

Start with a conversation with the founders. The existing Google form collects your resume, passport details and scans, identity documents, photograph, bank statement and payment evidence. Prepare and submit these only once you have reviewed your entry requirements and booking terms with us.

Your questions

Before you book

Why these five cities and not somewhere bigger?

Doha hosts the World Investment Forum; Abu Dhabi hosts ADIPEC; Dubai hosts Gulfood Manufacturing and Design Week. Riyadh and AlUla add the desert, Saudi street life and Hegra to that business route.

Are event passes confirmed?

Yes. Access is secured for UNCTAD World Investment Forum, ADIPEC, Gulfood Manufacturing and Dubai Design Week. Organiser schedules may change; any material change is communicated before departure with the remedy in the booking terms.

What happens if a visa is refused?

Visa approval is decided by the relevant immigration authority. The booking agreement explains how paid government/provider fees and the disclosed ₹3,000 handling fee are treated in this case; any unused balance is refunded.

Is the Saudi leg a business visa?

The Saudi leg is for tourism in Riyadh and AlUla. We confirm the appropriate tourist-entry route for your passport and supporting documents before applying; e-visa eligibility differs by traveller.

How many people are going?

Cohort target is 16–24, run the same way every XyZ Nomads edition runs — whole group travels from Delhi as one block.

What's not included in ₹3,00,000?

Lunches and dinners, personal spending and shopping, alcohol and nightlife, optional excursions outside the fixed itinerary, and travel between your home city and Delhi. Daily breakfast is included.

Why should I trust the itinerary is actually doable?

Event dates are linked to official organiser pages. Exact flight numbers, departure times, baggage allowances and hotel names are shared with applicants before payment so the full logistics can be reviewed.
